Whether the client is constructing an industrial building, commercial building and/or expanding, renovating a substation, institutional building and/or repairing your facilities, Xenon can help through survey, study, planning, preparing construction documents, construction cost estimating and control, inspection during construction, testing and project close out."

Kumaresh C. Sen, P.E
President &
Chief Executive Officer
As the founder of Xenon Company and Xenon Inc of NJ Kumaresh Sen has molded the firm for over thirty five (35) years developing it from a Sole Proprietor to a multi-disciplined Engineering, Mapping, Software Design and Project management services.
During his 45 year tenure as a Professional Engineer, he has covered a wide variety Electric and Nuclear Power Plant, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Housing Projects. The establishment of Xenon Inc of NJ in April 2003 involved more projects including Sub-station upgrade projects with Con Edison; Federal and State Government’s Facility related projects for McGuire Air Force Base, NJ, Fort Dix FBOP, and West Point Academy for Army Corp of Engineers State of NJ; Industrial projects for Poland Springs Co. and Boars Head Co.; and Housing projects under NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. Kumaresh graduated from Steven’s Institute of Technology and is a Professional Engineer licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
Prosanta K. Pal
Sr. Electrical Engineer
Prosanta has over forty (40) years of engineering design and project management experience. His experience covers wide variety of substations, electrical power distribution, hydroelectric power, steel mills, paper mills, bulk material handling and ore dressing plants. He has been with Xenon since 2000.

Swati Pangule
Electrical Engineer/ Designer
As a very versatile Electrical Engineer, Swati has over five years of experience in Engineering design and drafting in Electrical power systems for Utilities in New York. Swati develops both internal and external Schematic diagrams for engineering projects for clients like Con Edison of New York, NRG, and other clients such as TRC Solutions and Cornerstone Inc.;
Swati has excellent proficiency in Engineering Standards and Procedures. Her forte in Designing and drafting drawings also includes designing subsurface and overhead Gas and Electric services in New York.
Swati is well versed with conducting reviews with various New York governing agencies for code compliance.
Swati obtained her graduate degree from Maharashtra College of Engineering, India
Swati has an inquisitive mind and possesses an eagerness to learn anything that is new and is not afraid to fail while trying. Swati is an artist. Stepping into her home is like walking into a museum of art.
Andre Ani
Electrical Engineer / Designer
Andre Ani has over six years of experience in Engineering design and drafting. Andre currently designs Subsurface and Overhead Gas and Electric engineering and mapping services. He has excellent proficiency in drafting internal/external schematic drawings.

Henry C. Israel
Sr. Electrical Engineer
Mr. Henry Israel has been one of Xenon’s senior engineers with over 30 years of Electrical Design and Drafting experience.
As a technically astute electrical engineer, Henry guides both Wiring and Physical design packages while also producing 3D design models. His grasp on Electrical code compliance is second to none.
Some of Henry’s strengths include:
- Relay Protection Upgrades and Modifications associated with Feeders.
- Prepared engineering design packages based on input from substation protection and control engineers
- Developed Simplified Schematics, Relaying & Metering Diagrams, AC & DC Schematic Diagrams and Equipment Interconnection Wiring Diagrams & Cable Schedules
- Reviewed and incorporated vendor drawings to the system design
- Conducted field verification of existing equipment and updated relevant physical and, wiring schematics.
Zubair Ahmed,
E.I.T Electrical Designer
Zubair is a Power Systems analyst who performs realistic simulations of power grids systems connected to traditional energy and renewable energy resources. He performs analysis to verify that the systems and its components are specified correctly, perform as intended and withstand expected stress.
Zubair has over two years of combined experience in Electrical drafting, design and analysis.
He performs field study at Substations in New York.
Zubair graduated from NJIT with an B.S in Electrical Engineering. He has a passion to read anything he can get his hands on.
Russell T. Brown,
P.E. Sr. Civil/Structural Engineer
Russell Brown, has over 40 years of experience in structural engineering, and has provided professional services to both public and private entities. His experience includes structural design, analysis, rehabilitation and inspection of buildings, bridges and miscellaneous structures with working knowledge of several design and analysis computer programs including STAAD and various spreadsheet programs.
Mr. Brown’s background includes 10 years at NJ Transit in structural engineering, design and inspection, as well as management and engineering. Having established inspection policies and procedures for NJ Transit, Mr. Brown has also worked on numerous bridge inspections, analyses, and design of repairs.
Russell obtained his Structural Engineering degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and AAS Civil Technology, Civil -Structural from College of Staten Island, NY.
Russell is a Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey.
Marshall Anthony
Director, Design Development
Marshall Anthony is a Systems Architect with over 15 years of experience in various stages of Systems Engineering in both software and hardware systems. He is a Subject Matter Expert in the User Domain area of Computer Engineering and Design and is actively involved in the design and implementation of system and subsystem functionalities and their component interactions within the user environment.
Marshall technically reconciles requirements with actual deliverables between Engineers, Users and other Stakeholders. In addition, he has over 5 cumulative years of extensive background in financial management and practices.
Marshall tracks the progress of projects deliverables to meet their deadlines, he helps verify quality of design performed by engineering design disciplines and tracks the financial aspects of projects to ensure that work is completed within budget.
Marshall obtained a B.S and M.S in Computer Science and Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of Project Managers and Internet Engineering Task Force, IETF.
Marshall is a musician and plays the violin. He loves water sports. He is also an active member in his church in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
